By accessing or using RALAB Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or submit an order.
This project is currently a browser-based demonstration. No real payment is processed, no product is dispatched, and demo orders are stored locally in your browser. Production terms, business details, and applicable legal information must be reviewed before launch.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or completing checkout. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login details secure.
- Use a valid email address and contact number.
- Keep delivery and billing details accurate.
- Do not share passwords or verification codes.
- Notify support if you believe your account has been misused.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only after confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or misuse is suspected.
The current payment screen is for demonstration only. Do not enter a real card number or other sensitive financial information.
Pricing and promotions
Prices, delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and availability are shown during checkout. We aim to keep information accurate, but obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
- Coupons may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, or usage limits.
- Only one coupon may be applied where the checkout specifies.
- Promotions may be changed or withdrawn where permitted.
Delivery
Available delivery methods and estimated arrival dates appear during checkout. Current demo estimates are 7–10 working days for Express Delivery and 13–15 days for Standard Delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of address issues, carrier disruption, weather, holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accessible delivery address.
Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Items should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, customization, or other disclosed reasons. A refund, replacement, or other remedy is provided only after the item and request have been reviewed.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, misuse promotions, place fraudulent orders, scrape protected content, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Service availability and liability
We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, RALAB Store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when store features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted.
